I had taken the MSM Bulk Flakes some time back but I was not consistent in taking it. I decided to order it again after I spoke to a rep who advised me to gradually up the amount I was taking and see if I noticed a difference. I sure did! I had less pain and felt better over time. I take it regularly now and will continue to do so. So happy I gave it another try. They key is to be consistent in taking it.
