I have been using MSM for over 20 years, generally for sore or pulled muscles. Now-a-days, it is the best thing for arthritis. I have turned friends on to it. Stop buying Bengay LOL This has no smell and truly works!!!!

I have been using OptiMSM for over 20 years and will not use any other so- call MSM gels. I’m trying the 16 oz Pump Bottle and honestly, it’s easier to pump out only how much I need, however, I may have to update review once I get to the bottom of the bottle because, like any other pump style, it’s a challenge to get it all out. Regardless, I will alway use only OptiMSM gel.
